Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

Shipping is charged at a flat rate of 5.99USD. Purchases over 50.00USD qualify for free shipping and free local delivery. Delivery will be same day unless otherwise notified. Items will be shipped out in 3-5 business days and you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Return & Exchange Policy

We offer refunds or exchanges for any items you’re not completely happy with, providing you return it to us in perfect unused, unwashed and sellable condition within 30 days of the date you received it.

All items must be returned in their original packaging and with the original labels/tags still attached.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your items unless it is faulty.

Returns lost in the post are not the responsibility of Driftless Wedding Boutique & Rentals so we recommend you return items using a tracked service.

Please be very careful when trying products on as we will not be able to arrange an exchange or refund if the product is returned with any smell, marks, stains, makeup or hairs on.

If you do not comply with the above please then do not send your items back to us, please email hello@driftlessweddingrentals.com and we will do our best to assist you.

Items not able to be returned

Due to hygienic purposes we do not refund or exchange any bath and body or intimate items.

Faulty items

If you received a faulty or incorrect item, please accept our apologies for any inconvenience it may cause. Please inform us within 14 days from receipt of the item and we will rectify the issue as quickly as possible. Please email hello@driftlessweddingrentals.com providing images of the item.
